Express factory calibration for all PTPS models, discounted for pre-payment prior to receipt of instrument. Service completed within 3 days of receipt at MOCON service facility. Includes up to $300 for parts and labor to address minor repairs or maintenance issues. If repairs are require beyond $300 allowance, guaranteed processing time no longer applies and parts and labor will be quoted separately. If service is not completed within guaranteed time period customer has option to purchase calibration for following year at $200 discount. Discounted future calibration must be purchased within 10 business days of return of instrument.
The order must be completed and an order acknowledgement received before sending the unit to our service center to qualify for the prepay discount.
